FBI Officials have admitted that they failed to conduct a useful background check on Dylann Roof when he obtained the gun he used to murder 9 churchgoers in SC. Wes mentions the book he published just yesterday. Kentucky has multiple instances of people defying the gay marriage laws. Even after meeting with the Governor, County Clerk Casey Davis refuses to do so. Videos of Davis telling MSNBC that he refuses. Ted Cruz’ supporters are pissed that his book isn’t on the NY Times Best Seller list even though its at #3 as far as numbers of sales go. NYT claims that the book has been bought in bulk sales in order to get on the list. Donald Trump is leading the GOP presidential field in a new poll. While this news spreads, he has announced that he has to move his latest event to the Phoenix Convention Center due to the extremely high numbers of attendees. Wes talks about how Trump really has no chances, while Cenk thinks there is a possibility.

Update on the Oregon bakery that was forced to pay $135K in damages to a same sex couple that they refused service to. After everyone thought the monetary amount was over refusal of service, the real reason is that the bakery revealed personal information of the couple, leading to death threats and potentially losing their adopted kids. A gay porn star has been convicted of extortion after trying to blackmail a very wealthy businessman he was sleeping with for money. He requested tons of money and an Audi, which he received. It ended when the porn star went back for more money. MasterCard did a study that found more people are worried about their financial information being leaked than nude photos being leaked. After the latest Bill Cosby revelations and Whoopi Goldberg’s vehement defense, one of the victims came forward and responded to Whoopi with her powerful story.
