Cenk hosting today. A proposed deal has been reached between world leaders and Iran to neutralize their enrichment of uranium for a nuclear weapon. Videos of Obama announcing how this deal works to rid Iran of their march to create a nuclear weapon. Cenk sifts through the details of the deal. Videos of KT McFarland baselessly declaring that the deal is simply a pinky promise with Iran. After Indiana caught hell for passing discriminatory laws against gays in the form of religious freedom, a proposed fix to the law has been introduced to specifically create a caveat that excluded gays from the discrimination. Cenk points out that they’ve ironically given gays special protections from the discrimination the law created. The new law would allow people to discriminate against anyone else except gays. Tom Cotton brings both topics together when he defended the discrimination proposal in his state by comparing it to how badly Iranians treat their gay citizens. The Radical Islamic group Al Shababb from Somalia has carried out another attack in Kenya, killing 147 students. A student at Appalachian State University was startled by posters in her dorm that told people to check their privilege at the door; from male, White, or heterosexual privilege. Video of Elizabeth Hasselbeck asking her about her devastating experience in seeing a poster. Protest group 99 Rise interrupted SCOTUS hearings again to demand that Citizens United be overturned. Secret video was taken of the outbursts and posted online. Ayaan Hirsi Ali is back in the news over her views on how we should deal with Muslims. Cenk talks about Sam Harris’ full throated defense of her and her lies about her life and experiences. In an interview with Reason magazine, Ali openly said we have to start a war with Islam and crush our enemies. Rapper Common has been disinvited from speaking at a college after it was discovered that he made a song in the past that spoke highly of Assata Shakur, who was charged with killing a NJ cop. A teenaged prisoner appeared in a Facebook post where he was tied up like a dog with 2 other inmates holding the leash. California Jerry Brown has approved an executive order that mandates a reduction of water use by residents in order to deal with the extreme drought the state is facing. Chris Rock has been posting a series of selfies while being stopped by cops. He’s been pulled over 3 times in the past couple of months, and wanted to show how often it happens. Isaiah Washington responded to Rock via Twitter and said he sold his $90K car and bought 3 Priuses, telling Chris to adapt and not complain.
