Ana joins Cenk for SCS. Game of Thrones will be the 1st show to ever be broadcast on IMAX screens. The last two episodes of last season will play right before the new season comes out. Cenk isn’t interested in this because he isn’t interested in seeing the same show again. Jay-Z spoke about how he thinks hip hop music has done more for racial relations than many civil rights movements. Video of his comments. Cenk agrees. Kanye West and Paul McCartney collaborated on a song, but many of Kanye’s fans wondered who the hell McCartney is, calling him an unknown artist. Jesus and Steve talk about how Cenk would never survive in an Apocalyptic world that he claims he would thrive in. Hundreds of churches are encouraging their men to take part in MMA fighting so that they can rid some of the softness that’s growing in church. Cenk imagines how negative of a response Muslims would get for doing this within the church. Papua New Guinea is dealing with an increasing number of accusations of sorcery that have led to gruesome executions of the accused. A study showed that 20 Somethings are the most optimistic about their financial future, even though they are the lowest on totem pole. Cenk and John host TYT. Despite the challenges to his leadership, Rep Boehner has retained his speakership today. Video of him accepting the gavel for the 3rd time and crying a bit. His two loudest challengers, Gohmert and Yoho received 3 and 2 pathetic votes. Video of Hannity and Palin voicing their support for Gohmert to take over as Speaker. The latest Republican plan to fool people into believing that tax cuts for the rich actually work. The normal way that the CBO scores the impact of tax cuts would be adjusted based on assumptions to favor their skewed point of view. The new Senate is already lining up legislation to approve the Keystone Pipeline with more than 60 votes committed to passing it. Despite this, the WH has announced they will veto it if it’s passed. Cenk points out how Congressmen didn’t run on building the Keystone Pipeline, but its their 1st order of business because that is the priority their bosses have. A 25 year off-duty police veteran accidentally shot himself in the stomach while in an elevator with his wife. Alabama police officers tasered and arrested a man that was at a BlackLivesMatter protest at a WalMart. Video of the incident where they also arrested the man taping the brutality. Old CNN tape from 1980 has been uncovered that the network planned to show when the end of the world happens as their final broadcast. One of ISIS’ chief executioners has been executed, beheaded with a cigarette in his mouth. Smoking cigarettes is highly looked down upon by ISIS as it’s seen as slow suicide.
