When dealing with a sensitive subject such as rape, it is important to take others' feelings in to account, at the same time, audience members should react in an adult manner. Cenk shares his nuanced concerns for both individuals involved in the story as well. Cenk reiterates that although mistakes are sometimes made handling these types of stories, fairness is a priority. Cenk and Ana also talk about the twitter reaction to the story of the scientist working on the Rosetta comet landing who wore a shirt that some people consider sexist. Ana talks about the double standard when it comes to females and males being passionate.

Ana joins Cenk for SCS. Lady GaGa has announced that she was raped by a music producer when she was 19 years old. Discussion about the way she is working through it. Singer Ke$ha is claiming through her attorney that Dr. Luke has sexually assaulted her in the past, and that he was the same guy that raped GaGa. Lady GaGa’s people are denying the story. Another woman is accusing Bill Cosby of raping her as a 16 year old girl back in 1974. She is seeking a civil suit, which requires her to prove she recently felt the pain of the attack. A Texas cop arrived on a scene of a fight and approached a woman that refused to show her ID, which led to her being arrested. Video of the confrontation. Even though the woman was on the right side of the law, Cenk thinks people should just cooperate and give the police their ID when they ask for good reason. Ana disagrees. TYT Supreme Court leans against Cenk’s decision. NYPD is reprimanding female officers that took part in an Instagram account that hosts their sexy selfies along with them in uniform. They prohibit cops posting pictures of themselves online in uniform. Alexander Wang Denim has launched an ad campaign that has the jeans around the model’s ankles, naked and masturbating. Cenk and Ana talk about Kourtney Kardashian’s naked and pregnant magazine pictures. Cenk hosts TYT today. The police officer that killed Eric Garner with a chokehold will not be indicted as a NY Grand Jury and prosecutor let him off the hook. Video of the police confrontation and killing of Garner. IN 2013 cops were involved in 461 “justifiable homicides,” but the actual number is much higher as police shift the numbers to hide the fact that the number was actually over 1000. In other countries like Canada there were 12, Germany-8, Great Britain-0. Cenk gives the very low numbers of cops that were killed in the line of duty, the majority of which were in traffic accidents. Christian Bale did an interview about his new movie Moses and said he was a freedom fighter & terrorist in the eyes of Egypt who would have drones unleashed on him in modern times. Videos of Elizabeth Hasselbeck talking with Father Jonathan Morris about how wrong Bale is with his comparison, linking America’s drone use to Egypt’s empire. Cenk lists all of the plagues that Moses unleashed on Pharaoh’s people that would qualify him as a terrorist. Fox & Friends hosts were talking about how little people know about our Civics. Doocy proposed that citizens should be forced to pass the citizenship test before being allowed to vote. This idea harkens back to the literacy tests that were forced upon Black Americans in the ‘60s. Glenn Beck is being sued by the 21 year old Saudi man that Beck went on an extended conspiracy theory against regarding involvement in the Boston bombings. The judge has allowed the lawsuit to go on for defamation. Video of Beck’s constant attacks on his character over several days. The TPP Trade deal between President Obama and Mitch McConnell that will give more power to corporations above American laws. There are even some Conservatives like Phyllis Schlafly that are openly against this. Video of an old Mitch McConnell ad that claims he fights against giving these protections to corporations in order to protect American jobs. TYT is promoting a series called “We the Economy.” One of the latest videos from them is about the difference between deficit and debt. Cenk details the recent history of deficits under GW Bush and Obama.
