Ana Kasparian and Gina Grad host SCS. A woman has spent the last 19 years in jail for allowing her abusive husband to abuse their child to death. She was convicted under the “failure to protect” laws. An Illinois woman, that home schools her kids is being sued after going after her local library for having an adult section that allows users to look at naked images. Ana doesn’t believe her story. The mother has filed tons of Freedom of Information complaints, targeting one librarian, who has sued her for defamation. One of the discoverers of DNA has announced he will auction off his Nobel Prize since he can’t get any work due to his racist statements about the intelligence capabilities of Black people. The German government is considering banning work emails after work hours since many people feel overworked. Talk about why Americans feel that they need to overwork themselves follows. A man wrote threats to his wife in the form of rap lyrics online, but was arrested for the words. The Supreme Court will hear the case to decide if this constitutes freedom of speech. Ana compares this to Eminem’s lyrics that spoke about killing his ex. A police union leader spoke out against the St. Louis Rams players that exhibited a “hands up, don’t shoot” protest while entering the field for Sunday’s game. Shia LaBeouf conducted an art exhibit in February where he allowed people to do anything they wanted to him as he sat there. He is now claiming that a woman raped him there. Ben Mankiewicz and John Iadarola host TYT. Audio is played of the Missouri Lt Governor telling Laura Ingraham that Michael Brown’s stepfather should be charged with inciting violence. Ben rants about the “troll” Laura Ingraham that laughed about her father’s sign to shoot looters on sight. The Oath Keepers were present in Ferguson, vowing to shoot and kill rioters, and protect businesses from their ire. St. Louis police told them to abort their mission and not get involved in any gunfights against protesters. A new and strange ally to the Michael Brown cause is Nancy Grace. Video of her laying out her reasons to not buy Wilson’s story is shown. Another video of Grace outlines how easy it is for a prosecutor to get an indictment, but McCulloch used it for his own purposes of releasing Darren Wilson. Rudy Giuliani admitted that there is some responsibility on police departments to bridge the gap between themselves and Black communities, but the Black community has a larger responsibility to stop killing each other at such a high rate. Ben unveils the Giuliani racism meter. Chart shows the breakdown of Black and White guests on Sunday shows while talking about Ferguson. President Obama is calling for a $263 million spending package that would include having officers wear body cameras. This would cover 50K officers, while 765K arresting officers exist. As the President pardoned the Thanksgiving turkey, his daughters stood there looking uninterested, while wearing skirts. Elizabeth Lauten, a Communications Director for a Republican wrote a scathing post, claiming that they look like they’re claiming a spot at the bar with their skirts on. After a firestorm hit Lauten, she apologized and resigned from her position today. TYT Supreme Court on whether or not she should be fired. Ben rules Not Guilty since her apology was sufficient. John rules not guilty. Mike Scheckles rules not guilty. Jayar rules guilty and sways the Court in his favor.
