On this edition of the Friday Post Game show, Malcolm Fleschner, Steve Oh, and Dave Koller discuss the following topics: • Steve discusses two consecutive car-related incidents that occurred while picking Malcolm up. The latest incident involved an undocumented immigrant who ended up being arrest as a result of the accident. Steve is a little worried about what might happen to the man now that he is in the justice system. In Malcolm's experience, undocumented drivers appear to be better and safer drivers because they are constantly avoiding being pulled over for an offense. Dave thinks that there is much common ground to be found on the undocumented immigration issue, but right-wing framing and abuse is standing in the way. • Dave talks about a story regarding Philadelphia congressman and friend of the family, Chaka Fattah.  Shortly after Fattah was re-elected, the number two man in his inner-circle was arrested for fraudulent activities. The man allegedly aquired an improper loan from the former CEO of Sallie Mae to fund Fattah's mayoral campaign. When the campaign was unable to pay back the loan, money was illegally funneled from various sources and the staffers where caught. Fattah was also found to have been involved in a fraudulent charity after a reporter filed a request under the Freedom of Information Act. Steve and Malcolm share their reactions to the story. • Totally True or Totally Bullshit?: - Cenk attributed the Democratic loss in the 2014 midterm election to candidates running to the right on various issues. TTOTB? -President Obama will give ground on portions of Obamacare. TTOTB? -John Boehner will be replaced as Speaker of the House within two years. TTOTB? -Ted Cruz will make Mitch McConnell life miserable in the Senate. TTOTB? -Eric Holder's replacement will be approved by the Senate. TTOTB? -Jeb Bush will run for President in 2016. TTOTB? -Chris Christie will run for President in 2016. TTOTB? -Elizabeth Warren will run for President in 2016. TTOTB? -Joe Biden will run for President in 2016. TTOTB? -Rand Paul will run for President in 2016. TTOTB? -Sarah Palin will run for President in 2016. TTOTB? -In the next two years a Supreme Court justice will retire or die. TTOTB? -There will be another government shutdown. TTOTB? -Keystone XL Pipeline will be approved. TTOTB? -Federal minimum wage will be increased. TTOTB? -ISIS will capture Baghhad. TTOTB? -President Obama will be impeached. TTOTB?

Cenk, Ben, John, and RJ Eskow host TYT. Loretta Lynch may be Obama’s pick to succeed Eric Holder as Attorney General. John details her background and credentials. Talk about the potential greatness of Eric Holder. President Obama is expected to request $3.2 billion more to fight ISIS. Comparisons of real life foreign policy to Homeland episodes. The Supreme Court will hear a case that challenges ObamaCare through its provision of federal exchanges for states. The goal is to take the law down over one word that could be taken incorrectly. RJ pointed out that Justice Roberts set this tactic into motion after the Court ruled the law is Constitutional. The people that would be most immediately affected by this are the poor, who the Republicans don’t think vote anyway. This violation may anger these voters enough to urge them to oppose the GOP. Dr. Ben Carson has released a 40 min documentary that outlines his life since he’s going to run for President in 2016. Video of the teaser is shown. New Republican Sen. James Lankford spoke about his Biblical worldview in taking care of debt. Sen. Chuck Grassley tweeted about Dairy Queen and how its a great place to get “you know what.” TYT Power Panel predictions of what will happen on a list of important issues now that the GOP control the House and the Senate. David Rubin replaces RJ for SCS. Keira Knightley posed topless to protest photoshopped pictures. John makes the point that if we see more nude people, we’d get over the taboo nature of it and things like the Fappening wouldn’t happen. Vacationers at a nude beach were afraid when a boat full of residents from Sierra Leone docked. They were quickly thrown into a dump truck and quarantined. Talk about nude beaches and who has experienced them. Rubin talks about gay beaches in Miami. Ben speculates that Cenk isn’t a mid drift t-shirt kind of guy, but a cut of t-shirt guy. A 93 year old, all male club has voted to continue to ban women as members. TYT Supreme Court to decide if this is ok. California has a new law about sexual consent. Video from a feminist group tells Bros how to get real consent from a woman while things get hot and heavy. The panel hated how many questions the man awkwardly asked during the foreplay. John defends the idea of the law, while Cenk is torn on the logistics. It has been discovered that lewd gay sex has been happening at Cal State Bakersfield’s library restroom, via the glory hole.
