David Rubin joins Ana for SCS.  A luxury apartment building in the Upper West Side of NYC is including affordable units for less wealthy people.  The plan is for these residents to take a “poor door” to enter the building while the rich residents use the rich door.  Creationist Ken Ham wants us to suspend our space program since the Bible tells us that aliens have no shot at getting into Heaven.  Kim Jong Un is livid over a video online that depicts his face in various comical situations. A robot’s ethics panel came up with a use of robot sex.  They figured that child robot sex toys may be used by pedophiles for therapy or a lessened occurrence of the crime on human children.  Discussion of whether or not this is ethical ensues.  Former NFL head coach Tony Dungy has chimed in about the Michael Sam situation, saying that he wouldn’t have drafted him since there will be distractions and negative things to deal with on the team.  An overweight teenager posted a picture of herself in her underwear on Instagram, forcing the company to suspend her account.  Their excuse was that it was because of how much skin she was showing, directly contradicting their acceptance of skinny women in bikini pictures. A sheriff in a small town in Michigan is worried that the show, Orange is the New Black, has made orange jumpsuits fashionable.  In response, he decided to have his inmates wear the traditional black and white striped jumpsuits. Ana Kasparian hosting solo.  The DC Circuit Court of Appeals ruled this morning that ObamaCare exchanges for each state isn’t lawful for the feds to participate in.  This ruling would cause premiums to skyrocket if particular states didn’t feel like participating.  States with Republican governors that are against the president and the law would gladly reject the healthcare law.  Just 2 hours later, the 4th Circuit Court overturned this ruling, citing the obvious intention of the law to allow the feds to subsidize the premiums for rejecting states.  The Brookings Institute found that in areas where anti-ObamaCare advocates spent the most money on ads bashing the health care law, more constituents signed up for the law.  Comparing this to a negative book review of an obscure author. Despite record spending on campaigns, voter turnout in those areas is extremely low in comparison.  In Arizona, random border checkpoints are popping up 50-100 miles away from the border, where people are searched and questioned about who they are and where they are going.  In addition to Latino Americans being unfairly interrogated, they’ve also included general drug searches that have nothing to do with citizenship verification.  Rick Perry has decided to spend $12 million/month to beef up border security, which includes sending 1000 National Guard troops to the border, next to the already 3000 border patrol agents.  Adam Carolla spoke on his show about how he’s become more Conservative and how Liberals have made the word Conservative a pejorative.  Ana talks about why Conservatives really get a bad reputation, based on their disdain for education, the working class, women’s rights, and social programs. A midwife is suing a health center for rejecting her for employment after she notified them that she would refuse birth control to patients due to her religion.  A 76 year old veteran in Tennessee was kicked out of a town hall meeting when he asked the legislators to speak up so that the citizen audience could hear them.
