Gina admits that she isn’t in favor of Cenk’s scruff beard for the job of delivering and giving his opinion on the news. She also talks about the 1 fight she was involved in with a boy. Her tactic was to fall to the floor and kick wildly. The reason she was good at fighting boys was because of the epic fights she had with her older brother. Cenk describes some of his epic fallouts with his big sister. Story of the evolution of men and how buttressed faces on men benefitted their survival. Cenk tells the story of the last 2 fights he ever got into. Gina Grad joins Cenk for SCS. The truck driver responsible for the car accident that critically injured comedian Tracy Morgan hadn’t slept in over 24 hours. Some politicians are fighting the current regulations that force truck drivers to sleep a certain amount of the time to avoid these kinds of accidents. The Duke Univ porn star will appear as a judge on a reality web series that is the American Idol of porn. Cenk loves this idea and wishes he had thought of it. Talk about how much they would take to participate in this. George Will demeaned college sexual assault victims by calling it a coveted status that college girls look to be a part of. There has been an extreme influx of college aged girls taking self defense classes. Real life Trial by Combat was an English Common law that technically made it into our American Constitution in the 9th Amendment. Cenk and Gina talk about who they’d pick to be their champion in a trial by combat. The father of a 15 year old daughter will not be charged after hitting her teacher with a bat after he discovered they had been engaging in extensive & inappropriate text messages. Cenk hosting. Rep Vance McAllister, the “Kissing Bandit” revealed some very eye opening news about how money in politics affects votes on the Bureau of Land Management. He admitted that he voted no on a particular bill in order to get a larger check from a special interest group. Democratic State Sen Puckett of Virginia was talked into retiring from his seat by Republicans for a cushy, high paying job with the tobacco commission, in addition to his daughter getting a judgeship. With his resignation, the state GOP has the majority in the state, allowing them to block the Medicaid expansion portion of ObamaCare, denying tons of Virginians healthcare. A Nevada couple went on a shooting spree near Las Vegas, shooting and killing 2 police officers and a random WalMart shopper before committing suicide. Neighbors remembered them as anti-Government, White Supremacist agitators. In Florida, a 36 year old man shot and killed his wife and 3 young daughters before committing suicide. The sheriff spoke in front of the crime scene and said that this is everyday USA behind him. Whether or not he meant it as depressing as it was, the words are sadly true. SC Johnson III, heir of the Johnson & Johnson corporation, has just pled guilty to sexually assaulting his 12 year old stepdaughter to avoid the felony charges. He was sentenced to 4 months in jail and a $6000 fine. When the prosecutor demanded more, Johnson’s attorney was offended that they wanted something more for his client that isn’t a hardcore criminal, but someone that has led a “productive life.” More on the Republican reaction to the prisoner swap for Bergdahl. Rep Mike Rogers and John McCain participated in extreme fear mongering over the violent tendencies of the 5 Gitmo prisoners released. Rogers claimed that we will pay for this for years. McCain claimed that they were responsible for 9-11. Colonel Morris Davis, the chief prosecutor of Gitmo prisoners revealed that the 5 released Taliban members didn't even make it on the list of potential prosecutions for war crimes, and he had never even heard of them.
