Ana joins Cenk for SCS.  The guy that was kicked in the head by a train conductor has begun to cash in on his infamy.  He could make up to $250K from the endorsements and ads.  Talk about other misfortunes caught on camera that led to a big payday for the victim.  A man created powdered alcohol to make it easier to take your alcoholic beverage with you anywhere, but the Alcohol regulators have refused to approve it.  Cenk speculates that the big alcohol companies are throwing their weight around.  A small town in Spain is named “Kill the Jews” after translation and they’ve just decided to think about a name change.  A Swiss artist did performance art in Germany where she drops previously inserted paint-filled eggs on a canvas from her vagina.  Ana goes off on how annoyed she is when women use salacious means to sell their art.  Ali, TYT’s resident artist weighs in on the art value of her performance art.  Another artist inserted a ball of wool in her vagina and over a month’s time, knitted it as it came out, showing each level of her menstrual cycle.  Cuba has run out of condoms, and are repackaging expired condoms and selling them for extremely high prices.  History shows that back in the 1600s, women were more sexual than men.  A study went about explaining why this changed to the way we perceive men and women’s sexual drives today.  An Australian woman was texting and driving, leading her to hit a cyclist, which almost left him paralyzed.  Instead of feeling any remorse for her accident, she voiced how annoyed she was that the cyclist hit her, and her pretty expensive car was damaged.  Her license was suspended, and after it was reinstated, she posted on the internet, bragging about getting it back.  When the judge saw this, her license was suspended for another 9 months. Cenk hosting. Former SCOTUS Justice John Paul Stevens is speaking out against the Citizen’s United ruling, going so far as to advocate for a Constitutional Amendment to remedy the egregious decision. John Cornyn has a new ad out that features Cenk 3 times. Video of one of TYT’s favorite old ads from Cornyn before the latest that has Cenk in it. Cornyn’s camp used Cenk’s criticism of Obama’s lack of help for the Middle Class to bolster his assertion that Republicans actually will. O’Reilly has been going after Stephen Colbert since he got the Letterman spot. A couple of Native American sisters used to use the same land that the Bundy Ranch is claiming as theirs. They were awarded the land for settler encroachment since they were here first. The Supreme Court upheld Michigan’s law to deny Affirmative Action in their schools admission. Cenk explains why he agrees with the decision. NY Times story about how Canada has passed The United States for the best paid Middle Class residents. Video of Chris Christie asserting to a caller to a radio show how NJ will never have marijuana legalization because it will destroy the brains of kids and young adults. At the same time, Democrats in Florida are trying to get medical marijuana on the ballot in order to appeal to the vast number of people that are in favor in a state that could swing either way in the midterm elections.
