Ana joins Cenk for SCS.  More information is trickling out about the missing airplane.  The pilot had deleted data from his flight simulator at his home and a U-turn was programmed into the flight’s path 12 minutes before it happened.  The 18 year old girl that was suing her parents to pay for her higher education and failed the first wave, has decided to drop the lawsuit and move back in with them.  The parents of the 16 year old boy that was acquitted of drunk driving manslaughter due to “Affluenza,” has to pay families of the victims for the killing.  The CEO of Chik-Fil-A has come out regretting his approach to speaking out against the gay community.  He hasn’t changed his stance against them, but he is sorry about talking about it so much, since he could be losing business.  TYT Supreme Court on whether or not this is good enough to lift the Chik-Fil-A ban.  An elementary school has banned a 9 year old student from wearing his My Little Pony backpack to school since it sparked bullying.  TYT learns about the term “Bronies” which are grown men that love My Little Pony.  A former JCPenney employee outed the company for raising the price on certain items right before they place a sale price on it, making it the same price or more than it was in the beginning.  An author about the rules of retail pointed out that this practice is universal.  Ana pushes Nordstrom Rack over Nordstroms.  John Brown Univ, a Christian University recently tackled the demonic practice of yoga.  Kansas legislation is pending to allow the police to arrest people that report wrongdoing on their part.  After the PD investigates the citizens’ charges against them, they can determine whether or not its valid and then arrest the person for perjury. Cenk hosting today.  Fox News’ Bill Hemmer asked a guest about how long it will take for us to find the Malaysian airlines flight, since it took us 2000 years to find Noah’s Arc.  Four of Fox News’ The Five speculated that we took too long to look into the pilots of the flight since they are both Muslim, and its just common sense to check out Muslims.  Cenk points out that a significant portion of Malaysia practices Islam, so its very likely that the pilots are Muslim.  The Russian takeover of Crimea is nearly complete, and many are wondering if they plan on going further.  Analysis of the Russian forces vs. Ukrainian forces.  Conservatives continue their love affair with Putin over his perceived ‘tough guy’ persona.  Louie Gohmert is the latest to compare “the community organizer” to “the KGB Agent.”  Compilation of the past week of Con love for Putin over Obama.  Gohmert also asserted that Putin wants to take over more countries.  Christian fundamentalist Franklin Graham & Bryan Fischer, along with Pat Buchanan praise Putin for his anti-gay policies.  The Baltic State of Estonia seems to be the next former Soviet enclave on the list for Putin to go after.  The main problem with this move is that Estonia is a part of NATO, which means moving into that country is the equivalent of declaring war on the U.S.  Tesla is planning to build a new Giga Factory that would employ 6500 people to manufacture significant parts for their cars.  The company is simply looking for the right state to open in.  Texas is making a big push to get the factory despite their complete disdain for the company selling the car in the state due to other car companies buying them off.  Tesla hinted that they’ll only put their enormous factory in a state that accepts their cars, which wipes Texas off the list.  Marathon Petroleum in Detroit begged for a $175 million tax break in exchange for their promise to hire tons of Detroiters.  After the company got the huge break, they hired only 15 residents of the city.  Of their 514 employees, only 30 are Detroiters.  Rep Bill Cassidy of Louisiana is railing on Mary Landrieu over her vote to strip Medicare Advantage money for the state, hurting regular people that need it.  What he left out of his criticism is the fact that he also voted the same way.  VP Biden’s office may be incensed that the Obama Admin is helping Hillary Clinton run for president over him.  In Florida, no White person has ever been executed for killing a Black person.  Extremely high numbers of Black defendants being executed for killing a White victim even though the numbers of these crimes was much, much lower than the opposite scenario.
