Cenk hosting today.  Update on the Scott Walker/Reagan story from yesterday when he claimed to have voted for Reagan when he was 17 years old.  Marco Rubio dodged the question of whether or not he’s ever smoked marijuana while legislating against legalizing it.  Rep Boehner announced today that the Republicans will agree to a clean debt limit increase.  He characterized his caving in to allowing the Dems to handle their own overspending.  The Senate Conservatives Fund is looking to replace John Boehner after this latest decision.  Iraq is falling apart again as 9000 people were killed in terrorist attacks last year.  Some extreme radicals that were teaching suicide bombing techniques to students accidentally detonated the device, killing himself and 22 other potential militants, as well as 15 injured.  An extreme right winger that has a past of protesting and bombing of abortion clinics is now wanted for sexually assaulting an 11 year old girl in a store. In Maryland, where the NSA’s Ft Meade HQs are, legislation is being considered to turn the NSA’s lights and water supply off.  This would keep the NSA offices from doing anything to operate.  5 similar bipartisan bills in states where the NSA has other offices are also being considered.  South Dakota’s Republican legislators blocked a bill that would allow constituents to vote on whether or not they wanted the Medicaid expansion program.  They cited that it would set a bad precedent to allow voters to have control over something that should be left to them.  Workers for a Volkswagen plant in Tennessee are looking to band together to join a union, but the lawmakers there threatened to take away the tax incentives of the company if they do it.  It is a scam hatched between the legislators and the company itself to keep the workers in line. Republican Civil War where the Tea Party (Billionaires) is warring with corporations that control the establishment Republican Party.  How Citizens United really agitated this fight.  The amount of money being spent to fight to the death in lethal primaries is astounding. Ana joins Cenk for SCS.  Another teacher has been caught for having sex with 2 of her students at different times.  She also sent nude text messages to the two students as well as another that she wasn’t having sex with.  A WSJ writer published an op-ed about how detrimental drunken sex is to young men that get accused of rape, and that drunk women should own up to their part of the blame in irresponsible sex that sometimes gets men falsely accused of rape.  A proudly bigoted owner of a restaurant in Oklahoma took part in a news report about his establishment being racist and homophobic.  After the report became public, many people reviewed his place on Yelp and labelled it the best gay bar in town.  An attorney for a Conservative group of bigoted business owners that wants to discriminate against gay clients points out that forcing them to serve everyone violates their freedom of religion.  In disputing this attorney’s claim that Christians are being persecuted, Ana gives the real numbers behind violence against gay Americans. A 17 year old has been arrested for stealing $36,000 from a WalMart after posing as an employee with access to the cash room.  He wasn’t busted after the first time, so he tried it again last month, where he was taken into custody.  An official in Thailand is worried about young people’s obsession with taking and posting selfies online.  If they don’t get enough “likes” for their postings, they lose a significant amount of self esteem, which could lead to the future leaders of the country not having the confidence to take the country further.  A female FL Highway Patrol officer stopped an off duty police officer for speeding at 120 mph, which led to him losing his job.  His fellow officers were upset about her actions toward their colleague, so they began constantly harassing her at her home.
