Obama spoke to the United States’ relationship with Iran. Bob Menendez, Lindsey Graham, and other senators have co-written letters voicing displeasure with Iran. Senator Ted Cruz is filibustering the Republican measure to defund “Obamacare”. Dave reads the TYT Meetup schedule. Ben and Jimmy give fun facts for each city. The guys talk about their fashion choices in sports jackets. Ted Cruz was a guest on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace. Wallace was encouraged by Republicans to “hammer” Cruz with his questioning. Is there a stark divide within the Republican party? Sarah Palin gave her two cents on the apparent divide in the GOP on Fox News. Steve Schmidt, McCain’s former campaign advisor, now regrets bringing Sarah Palin to the forefront of the Republican party and the national political stage. Fox News’ obsession with muslims continues. O’Reilly rails against the muslim community’s lack of response against recent terrorist attacks. Other Fox News hosts and contributors follow suit. Is this criticism fair?

Ana Kasparian joins Ben and Dave for the second hour. School officials in Coatesville, PA have been caught sending racist text messages to each other with district issued phones. California has passed a law requiring websites to give minor users the option of removing posts. Is this law realistic? Is the expectation of privacy a thing of the past? A student at Modesto Junior College in central California was stopped by campus police from handing out copies of the United States Constitution. A new job application form has been proposed in California which could make the employment of ex-convicts more feasible and could lower recidivism rates. A DeLand, Florida police officer runs over and kills a black man after being stopped for a seatbelt violation. Even after a grand jury investigation, the officer will not face any charges.
