Hour 1 Segment 1 Cenk hosting today. Arctic ice melting at extreme rates are sealing our doom. Video of Mitt Romney’s ad featuring coal miners that were forced to be there by the owner of the plant, who is a huge donor to Romney. Tim Pawlenty has resigned as the National co-Chair of the Romney campaign and taken a job as the CEO of the Financial Services Roundtable. After nearly solidifying a cabinet position in the Romney Admin, he promised the Roundtable that he wouldn’t take one if offered now. In the past, he lambasted Wall Street, whom he now works to advance. Mitt Romney doubled down on his secretly taped comments before he flipped to talking about representing the 100% to Univision. He also flipped on his stance against all aspects of ObamaCare. His stance on immigration also suddenly went moderate. When it came to gay marriage, he changed his tune on that, too. Segment 2 A drug treatment facility in Colorado was actually severely abusing their “patients.” Despite all of their illegal activities, the heads of this facility were given prestigious positions and honors from the federal government, simply because they donated money to politicians. They also put a lot of their money towards keeping marijuana from being legalized in the state, as it would be bad for their brutal and abusing business. At a big Conservative event, a fake converted Muslim terrorist spoke about his adventures. None of his stories check out. Segment 3 Sen Scott Brown tried to bail on tonight’s debate vs Elizabeth Warren by blaming it on the business of the Senate. Harry Reid postponed the final votes on a few bills so that Brown could get out of town and make the debate. Poll on the number of people that think money corrupts politics.
