Hour 2 Ana Kasparian and John Iadarola hosting. Segment 1 Recap of DNC speeches. Ana not inspired by Obama’s speech; difficult to feel excitement. John: he’s not proposing Bush era tax cuts going forward, did mention climate change. Granholm spoke; people fired up about it. John: Biden was good but not delivered well. Rob Gerry Evans walks into bar drunk, flashes badge to doorman, goes up to women in skirt, reaches her genitals. Judge decides it’s not enough of a crime to warrant a sentence. She’s blaming the victim for being at a bar. [Graphx quotes]. California spending more on prison system than education system. CA prisons up 436%. Honey Boo Boo on DNC receives similar ratings to DNC. DNC got more ratings, but still people are watching TLC rather than CNN. Segment 2 MO School District investigating videos engaging in real life fight club. [VIDEO of fights]. More prevalent because of YouTube/Facebook? Fights are not on school grounds. In Turkey can’t get abortion past 10 weeks. She’s 12 weeks pregnant. Ana: we’re not in favor of this vigilante justice, if women has no other choice. Judy Henderson won $100K settlement from Home Depot b/c she took too much unpaid leave for cancer. Had been working since 1997, took unpaid leave, while she was battling realized she would have to take more time off. [Grapx]. John: Makes me start to question single-minded drive towards riches. Segment 3 Businessman sent to prison; counterfeit products, fraud. He would write emails, contact friends/employers, say he would do horrible things to them. Can you trust Amazon and other companies to not steal your information? John: Think about eBay and their ratings system. He wanted his business to get more exposure, would argue with customers, ppl write complaints → goes up higher on google. Camille Grammer, Kelseys ex, receive $34M in divorce. Married for 13yrs. He wanted to break up marriage. 2 weeks after divorce, marries Kate the flight attendant, had a kid. They have children together. Camille went on Howard Stern saying Kelsey is a cross-dresser. Original Condom Company being sued by Condom, France; alleged that condoms were made in France. Settlement: $12,600. City of Condom profited off name.

Rahm Emanuel getting credit for things he never did because he was working the media. Videos of a local Cincinnati news reporter going after President Obama on the Kill Lists. Segment 2--21:00 Reporter in Yemen was kept in jail there at the request of the Obama Admin since he reported on the drone strikes. Video of John Kerry delivering one of the better zingers of the entire convention. Bin Laden, Ghadaffi, Saddam Hussein. Videos of Gov Granholm setting the DNC on fire with her speech. Videos of Joe Biden’s speech. Cenk didn't really like Biden’s words about Obama being courageous in making decisions regarding the economic collapse. Segment 3--14:00 Clarifications on the “gutsy” move to go after bin Laden. If Obama didnt go after him with the chance, he would’ve caught even more grief. Videos of President Obama’s speech at the DNC last night. Obama declared that he will never agree to tax cuts for the rich, but Cenk absolutely doesn’t believe him.
